We enjoyed the snow as much as we could for a Wednesday.
Aiden and Jack helped shovel the driveway and they were able to participate in a snow ball fight after work/daycare with some neighbors. We were greeted by 3 little snowmen who our neighbors created for us during their snow day so had to snap a picture.
Don't get me wrong, I am still looking forward to our trip to the desert in March! But was fun to play in the white stuff too!

Dusted off the ole tool box...
Eric got plenty of help putting together our new bed! We love it and when I say 'we' that would include the 3 little boys - you can find them snuggled up in our bed watching Cars 2 most evenings....

Guess who got in on the action....
Since Eric and I weren't suppose to make it to Indiana this weekend for some reason, we got to spend the rest of the weekend hanging out with the boys! I am giving neb treatments to everyone that comes within 5 feet of the neb machine and I need to restock on tissue as we are out! Despite the runny noses, the boys have continued to run around the house.....they are back at it again and Graem was able to steal a front row seat!

Caught in the Act!
He can't escape yet but it wouldn't be long before Graem figures out how to open doors! He is getting active and getting very smart! He continues to be a very happy baby and tries his hardest to keep up with his older brothers!

The Bly 500
This is a recurring race at our house with 2 main competitors.....I am amazed at how fast little boys can go and you would have to see it to believe it but Jack can actually stop on a dime to avoid a crash. Below are some action shots of the big race!
| I was able to snap a picture of the 3 of them during a pit stop. Graem cheers them on from the stands and can't wait to get in the action himself! |

A visit from a local basketball star....
It is not often when Aiden is tongue tied....he is usually filled with a zillion questions but tonight we had a surprise visit from our favorite Mustang basketball play, Jordan Miller!!!
Jordan comes up often in our conversations such as "Mom, I wonder if Jordan likes broccili?" and "Spike my hair like Jordan's!".....A special thank you goes out to Coach Bigler who was over for dinner and unbeknownst to us put in a call as he knows Aiden is Jordan's biggest fan. Aiden hardly said a word as he was in shock!
As you can see the picture below, Jack didn't have a problem plopping himself down on Jordan's lap. Taleigha (the Coach's daughter) and I had to coax Aiden into the picture. So cool when athletes take the time to make a child smile!!

What is 'Bly Land'?
Bly Land was affectionately named by my husband's dearest oldest friends, I think Bly Land is best described as a distraction from the real world (it is best to keep it as a general description).....those who know my husband need no further explanation but those who don't, I will give a quick example. We are at a work outing and the group we are with are at a large table enjoying bingo and beverages when my husband excuses himself to get another beverage.....at least 45 minutes later, Eric has entered 'Bly Land' and is in a passionate conversation with the bar staff and 'regulars' about a small town in TN where Jack Daniels is made and the large tax increase the implement on their largest employer. When I say passionate I mean arms are flaring, loud voices and an occasional fist hitting the table....and everyone involved in the conversation is truly having a good time.
This example tends to be a regular occurence as my husband is very out going and my oldest son, Aiden is taking after him - he will fearlessly start a conversation with adults and rattle off at LEAST 20 questions to any individual in his path. A word of advice if you are approached by him, when he starts the conversation with 'do you drive a truck' and 'do you have a tractor' (he refers to a riding lawn mower as a tractor) answer no to these questions and you MAY be off the hook for a little while but be prepared to answer 'why not?'....
I am surrounded by boys with 3 sons and my husband....my goal with this blog is to primarily share stories of the Adventures of these boys growing up and living in 'Bly Land'!
